Burwell Tract:
485 acres in four quadrants adjacent to southern Lillington is traversed by 1.5 mile of Highway 210 frontage as well as frontage on two additional roads  approximately a 15 minute drive to the I-95 bypass to North Fayetteville and the military base of Fort Bragg once the Federal project is completed in 2008. 
The property can be purchased in its entirety or in highway divisions of 14, 35, 50, 130, and 175 aces.  The property begins within southern Lillington on Highway 210 -- or 0.7 miles south of the intersection in Lillington of Highway 210 and Highway 401 -- and continues southward for 1.5 miles for the most part on both sides on Highway 210.  The property lies 0.1 miles on the east before Irene Roberts (Shawtown School) Road, SR 1135, and has 1.67 miles on the east of Highway 210 before reaching Joel Johnson Road, SR 2034.  The furthermost point south on Highway 210 is only 2 miles from Lillington at the point near the American Legion Road, while the southwest part of the property is on the Upper Little River.  Also, the property is bounded in part on the west by approximately .5 mile road frontage on Shawtown Road, SR 1133. 

Note: The "Shawtown Pines" corner of Highway 210 and the "Shawtown Elementary School Road", or Irene Roberts Road, SR 1135 lies approximately .5 miles south of Lillington.  And Johnson Road, SR 2046, lies 1.3 miles south of Lillington on Highway 210.

Faucett Tract:
177.5 acres of partially wooded residential or industrial potential is located with approximately one mile of road frontage in a residentially developing area one mile west of Lillington likewise on McDougald Road.
The Faucett Tract is located on McDougald Road, SR 1229, 0.8 miles west of Lillington.

Directions:  At the Forest Hills Shopping Center go west from Lillington out Summerville Road, Old US 421, SR 1291.  At the "T" intersection turn left onto McDougald Road, SR 1229.  The property begins 0.65 miles at the end of a double "S" shaped curve and has approximately 1 mile for road frontage to the south.
 

G. Pitt Tract:
171.5 rolling terrain all wooded acres with potential for ponds is likewise on McDougald Road west of Lillington.
