Construction has begun on a gravity-flow sewage line
that has the potential of serving 2/3rd of the
property. With the planned
Hospital, the County is committed to provide sewage
to that portion of the property as well. We
have been promised a 6" water line to traverse the
property north south which will be located at the
discretion of a future developer.
